Garwyn Oaks

Garwyn-Oaks

Garwyn Oaks, one of Baltimore’s older communities, is nestled among bountiful trees, flower gardens, open spaces, and wide, well-lit streets in Northwest Baltimore. The beauty of the area is in its tranquility, abundant greenery, and variety of housing. It is a community of families, children and seniors alike—a small town atmosphere in an urban setting.

A community with historical roots, Garwyn Oaks was originally a part of the Vickers estate and later developed into the summer homes of Baltimore’s elite families. Garwyn Oaks is a Healthy Neighborhoods community. As a Healthy Neighborhoods community, residents and potential residents have access to funding incentives available to purchase and preserve their homes.
