Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Workshop
Dear Healthy Neighborhoods Loan Applicant:
In order to assist you in selecting a general contractor to make improvements on your home we are providing you with names and contact information of contractors who have successfully completed improvements in the Healthy Neighborhoods Loan Program. That means that the work was completed on time, within the budget and was approved by our inspectors.
Healthy Neighborhoods provides this information to you as a service. We neither recommend nor warrant the contractor or work.
You may select any contractor of your choice so long as the contractor is licensed by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission. Healthy Neighborhoods will provide you with free design advice to assist you with the rehab of your home and will review the contract, scope of work and cost prior to approving your loan.
