GO Northwest May Homebuyer Education Class

Join us for a FREE Homebuyer class via Zoom that fulfills the education requirement for loans and assistance programs for Baltimore City.

Before you buy a home, learn about the steps of the homebuying process, the importance of credit, saving money and creating a budget, how to qualify for a mortgage, choosing a home, and what to expect during the closing process. We even have professionals like loan officers, real estate agents, and insurance agents to help explain smart buying in today’s market.

This workshop is open to anyone, regardless of your current financial situation!

NOTE: YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AN INTAKE PACKET BEFORE THE START OF THE WORKSHOP (link below). The intake packet must be received no later than Friday, 5pm, May 17th, 2024 in order to receive the Zoom link. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ZOOM LINK THE DAY BEFORE THE WORKSHOP AT 5PM AS LONG AS WE HAVE RECEIVED THE COMPLETED INTAKE PACKET.
