GO Northwest 2-Part December Homebuyer Education Class

Join us for this Homebuyer Zoom class that fulfills the education requirement for loans and assistance programs for Baltimore City.  Note: Workshop held on December 14&15, 5:30-8:30pm. *You must attend both dates to receive credit for the workshop.

Before you buy a home, learn about the steps of the homebuying process, the importance of credit, saving money and creating a budget, how to qualify for a mortgage, choosing a home, and what to expect during the closing process. We even have professionals like a loan officer, real estate agent and insurance agent explaining smart buying in today’s market! • GO Northwest is a HUD approved housing resource center. We service the entire city of Baltimore, and our certificate is acceptable of all Baltimore City incentive programs.

NOTE: YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AN INTAKE PACKET (link below). The intake packet must be received no later than 3pm Dec 14 in order to receive the Zoom link. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ZOOM LINK AFTER WE RECEIVE THE COMPLETED INTAKE PACKET BACK. WE WILL NEED THE FORMS FILLED OUT IN ORDER FOR YOU TO PARTICIPATE.
