Join us for a FREE Homebuyer class via Zoom that fulfills the education requirement for loans and assistance programs for Baltimore City.

Before you buy a home, learn about the steps of the homebuying process, the importance of credit, saving money and creating a budget, how to qualify for a mortgage, choosing a home, and what to expect during the closing process. We even have professionals like a loan officer, real estate agent, and insurance agent explaining smart buying in today’s market.

This workshop is open to anyone, regardless of your current financial situation!

NOTE: YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AN INTAKE PACKET BEFORE THE START OF THE WORKSHOP (link below). The intake packet must be received no later than Friday, 5pm, December 15, 2023 in order to receive the Zoom link. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ZOOM LINK THE DAY BEFORE THE WORKSHOP AS LONG AS WE HAVE RECEIVED THE COMPLETED INTAKE PACKET. YOU WILL NEED THE FORMS FILLED OUT IN ORDER FOR TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WORKSHOP.
