Join us for this Homebuyer Zoom class that fulfills the education requirement for loans and assistance programs for Baltimore City.
Before you buy, learn about the steps of the homebuying process, the importance of credit, saving money and creating a budget, how to qualify for a mortgage, choosing a home, and what to expect during the closing process. We even have professionals like a loan officer, real estate agent and insurance agent talking about buying in today’s market! GO Northwest is a HUD-approved housing resource center. We service the entire city of Baltimore. Our certificate is acceptable for all Baltimore City incentive programs.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AN INTAKE PACKET. The intake packet must be received no later than 8am Saturday morning in order to receive the Zoom link. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ZOOM LINK AFTER WE RECEIVE THE COMPLETED INTAKE PACKET BACK.
