Join us for a FREE Homebuyer class via Zoom that fulfills the education requirement for loans and assistance programs for Baltimore City.

Before you buy a home, learn about the steps of the homebuying process, the importance of credit, saving money and creating a budget, how to qualify for a mortgage, choosing a home, and what to expect during the closing process. We even have professionals like a loan officer, real estate agent, and insurance agent explaining smart buying in today’s market. • This workshop is open to anyone, regardless of your current financial situation!

GO Northwest is a housing resource center. We service the entire city of Baltimore and our certificate is acceptable for all Baltimore City incentive programs.

NOTE: YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AN INTAKE PACKET BEFORE THE START OF THE WORKSHOP (link below). The intake packet must be received no later than Friday, 7pm, June 16, 2023 in order to receive the Zoom link. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ZOOM LINK AFTER WE RECEIVE THE COMPLETED INTAKE PACKET BACK. WE WILL NEED THE FORMS FILLED OUT IN ORDER FOR YOU TO PARTICIPATE.
