Before you buy a home, learn about the steps of the homebuying process, the importance of credit, saving money and creating a budget, how to qualify for a mortgage, choosing a home, and what to expect during the closing process. We even have professionals like a loan officer, real estate agent, and insurance agent explaining smart buying in today’s market.

This workshop is open to anyone, regardless of your current financial situation!

NOTE: YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AN INTAKE PACKET BEFORE THE START OF THE WORKSHOP (link below). The intake packet must be received no later than Friday, 5pm, March 15th, 2024 in order to receive the Zoom link. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ZOOM LINK THE DAY BEFORE THE WORKSHOP AS LONG AS WE HAVE RECEIVED THE COMPLETED INTAKE PACKET.
