Healthy Neighborhoods Programs

Healthy Neighborhoods, a nonprofit organization founded in 2004, helps select Baltimore neighborhoods increase home values, market their communities, create high standards for property improvements, and forge strong connections among neighbors. GO Northwest implements the Healthy Neighborhoods program in 11 communities: Ashburton, Callaway-Garrison, Central Forest Park, Concerned Citizens of Forest Park, Dorchester, Forest Park, Forest Park Golf Course, Garwyn Oaks, Hanlon, Howard Park, and West Forest Park.  Through the homeowner  loan initiative, neighborhood block projects and community engagement,  Healthy Neighborhoods works to establish our five communities as vibrant, desirable places to become and remain proud homeowners.
